Sarah Fricke, MSW, LCSW
Clinician

In person at the Greensboro office or virtual

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work
(MSW) through the joint program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University. Prior to her formal training, she served two years with AmeriCorps, supporting communities impacted by racial, economic, and educational disparities.

Sarah’s clinical career began in school-based mental health, where she provided care
not only to students but to entire family systems—helping strengthen relationships and enhance overall emotional well-being. She joined Santé in the summer of 2021.

Compassionate and culturally attuned, Sarah views therapy as a collaborative journey.
She believes in meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences,
strengths, and values. Taking a whole-person approach, she empowers individuals to
build resilience and navigate life’s emotional challenges with greater confidence and
clarity.

Sarah draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her integrative style helps clients process distressing or traumatic experiences while working toward lasting emotional relief and personal growth.

At Santé, Sarah works with individuals (15+) and has a special interest in working with
those experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, mood concerns, family
dynamic concerns, women’s issues, and life transitions such as break ups, grief, and
career changes.
