Victoria Fleury moved to Greensboro, North Carolina in 2019 after receiving her Master of Social Work from Boston College. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents of color across school-based, community mental health, and outpatient settings. Additionally, her background includes supporting immigrant families and domestic violence survivors.
Victoria’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, grounded in a social justice lens. Utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, she strives to provide a safe, unbiased space where clients feel empowered to discover their own solutions and express their authentic selves. Her passions include increasing access to mental health services for marginalized communities and providing resources to aid in the growth of the clients she serves. She has volunteered in the past with the National Suicide Hotline and the Black Mental Health Summit.
Victoria prides herself on being direct, transparent, and grounded in deep compassion. She does not just smile and nod; she meets clients where they are while actively engaging them. She provides the practical, straightforward feedback clients need to create real change.
