Hi! I am a second year graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Tennessee. I have worked on the National Suicide Prevention lifeline, the Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders Warmline, and in Applied Behavior Analysis Clinics as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and as a RBT trainer.

My clinical interests are anxiety, depression, attachment, eating-related concerns, and coping with difficult life events. I approach the process of therapy with intense curiosity and I am a strong believer that therapy has the power that we give it in the counseling relationship. Through transparency, openness, and active listening I aim to provide a safe space for clients to process their lives and grow into who they want to become. I am excited to learn and grow alongside clients at Santè!
