Nicole grew up in Virginia and moved to North Carolina in 2023 to pursue her graduate education at UNC Chapel Hill, where she earned her degree in 2025. With an eclectic therapeutic approach, Nicole draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She has a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, personality disorders, and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends, practicing yoga, going on long nature walks, and being a dedicated animal lover. She proudly claims to be both a cat and dog person, because why pick one? Nicole approaches her work with warmth, empathy, and a genuine care and commitment to helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
