With previous experience working within a private practice and other medical settings, Amy has a strong understanding of the many systems and processes required to support an efficient, organized, and successful clinical practice.

Her experience includes practice infrastructure and daily operations, scheduling and client coordination, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documentation processes, and administrative support. She also understands the importance of maintaining HIPAA compliance, ethical standards, confidentiality, and appropriate documentation within a behavioral health setting.

In her role, Amy works closely with the Santé team to support clinicians, streamline administrative processes, and help ensure that both clients and providers have a positive experience. She is committed to creating organized systems and responsive support that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most, providing quality care to their clients.
